Can I Place My Order by Phone, Fax, or Mail?

Absolutely! At Certa Books, we understand some folks are still a little nervous about ordering online. With that in mind, we have made a variety of ordering options available to our customers. You can order any of the products you find online at CertaBooks.com by phone, mail, or fax. We will be happy to process your order just as quickly as we'd process an online order. Can I Edit or Cancel My Order?

It is possible to cancel an order immediately after it is placed. However, because we always try to process orders and shipped them to you as quickly as possible, if you do not cancel your order very soon after it is placed, there is a very good chance that we have already processed it, at which point it is no longer possible to edit or cancel your order. To cancel an order, please contact us during our business hours by phone or email for the quickest response.






Do You Charge Sales Tax?

CertaBooks.com charges the Florida sales tax on orders shipped to addresses within Florida.






How Are Payments Processed?

Payments are processed through PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to complete the transaction. You can simply click “Pay with a credit card” and process the payment without logging into a PayPal account. Once the payment is complete, you will be redirected back to CertaBooks.com.






Is International Shipping Available?

For an international order, you must call (1-855-772-3782) or email Certa Books (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) and request a shipping quote.






What Are My Shipping and Handling Options?

CertaBooks.com offers standard shipping through USPS media mail. Orders received before 9 a.m. will be processed the same day. Shipment can take 1 to 2 weeks, but could arrive much sooner.






Can an Order Be Sent to a Prison Address?

CertaBooks.com delivers to penitentiaries, but we suggest you contact the prison first to determine if there are any special regulations. Some prisons don't allow delivery of hardcover books. Others place a limit on the number of items contained in a package. We cannot send any packages anonymously to inmates and all packages must be sent via US Mail.






What is Your Return Policy?

You may return most new items sold by CertaBooks.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. During the holidays, items shipped between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st. Items must be in acceptable condition.

Acceptable rental condition means:

  • No water damage (wavy, swollen or discolored, crinkled, stains, rings)
  • No broken spine or binding
  • Cover is not torn or taped
  • No missing, torn, or loose pages
  • No burns, fire, or smoke damage
  • No strong odor of any kind (including musty odor, cigar, or cigarette odor)
  • No writing or highlighting
  • If you're not satisfied with the book you receive, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of receipt.


Because we always strive to offer the highest quality products at the best prices, and we inspect and pack all of our orders with care, we are confident you'll be extremely satisfied with your purchases. However, there are times when items are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. Should you experience this, we'll gladly replace them.






When Will I Get My Refund?

Usually in about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.






Why Do You Ask for My Email Address? Do You Ever Sell or Rent It Out?

E-mail allows us to serve our customers better by getting shipping information on orders out quickly and efficiently. However, we understand that some people are sensitive about giving out their address because they wish to avoid intrusive e-mail, or "spam." We're not "spam" fans either, and we will never rent or share your e-mail address with anyone.






Why Do You Ask for My Phone Number with My Order?

As with e-mail addresses, we know that some folks are hesitant to divulge their telephone number over the Internet. We care about your privacy and assure you that we will only use your telephone number to verify information about your order or to update you on any potential issues. We absolutely will not rent out your phone number or share it with anyone.






How Do I Access eBooks I Have Purchased?

When purchased, you will be able to download a ZIP folder which will contain a PDF, ePub, and Mobi file. You will then open the format needed for your eReader device. If you are viewing on a computer, open the PDF format. If you are viewing on a Kindle, open the Mobi file. If you are viewing on any other eReader device, use the ePub file. An email will be sent to you with instructions on how to download your eBook.






How Do I Purchase an eBook?

You can browse CertaBooks.com’s extensive selection of Christian eBooks the same way that you would browse for any other product on the CertaBooks.com website.

When you’ve made your selection, click the “Add to Cart” link. This will allow you to use our standard checkout process. When you finish, any physical products you’ve ordered will be shipped normally, and you will be able to download a digital copy of the book you have purchased. An email will be sent to you with instructions on how to download your eBook.
